RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
LAMINA MAILORDER RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your Lamina purchase, please return it within 14 days of the invoice date. Please be certain to complete the return form on the back of your invoice. All items must be unused and accompanied with invoice/return form. All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return request. RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
You may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or exchange. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them. This would prevent the resale of the shoe. To avoid damaged shoeboxes wrap boxes before shipping. Once shoes or clothing have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged. Videos must be unopened and in original packaging.
All skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition. Remember, no skateboard deck is completely guaranteed. Once the deck has been used it cannot be returned or refunded. Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged. Lamina is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions. Lamina does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks.
Lamina does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the invoice/return form explaining the defect. Lamina will only reimburse shipping charges on items declared defective (up to EUR 10.00)
